How can I use the points that I have earned? [Yu-Gi-Oh! DUELIST POINTS]

You can use the points you have earned by going to the Use page of the Yu-Gi-Oh! DUELIST POINT Official Website and exchanging them for in-app items and other rewards.

I'm not earning any points despite completing the in-app missions. [Yu-Gi-Oh! DUELIST POINTS]

Yu-Gi-Oh! DUELIST POINTS are earned automatically or by pressing the Claim button from each mission on the Get page.

After logging into the Yu-Gi-Oh! DUELIST POINT Official Website, go to the Get page to claim the points from your completed missions.
You have 30 days to claim your points, so make sure to claim them before the deadline after you have completed a mission.
Note: Only game accounts for apps that have been linked to the Yu-Gi-Oh! DUELIST POINT Program can receive items or earn points on the Yu-Gi-Oh! DUELIST POINT Official Website for completing the in-app missions.
Note: You can view the game accounts for your linked apps by going to My Page and checking the Linked App Game Account Info section.

Please link your KONAMI ID to each app's game account by using Data Transfer or Data Transfer Settings within each app.

My app link isn't being recognized or the app says it is not linked. [Yu-Gi-Oh! DUELIST POINTS]

Please follow the steps listed below in order to link your game account to your KONAMI ID within each app. Then press the Register (Free)/Log In button on the Yu-Gi-Oh! DUELIST POINT Official Website top page.

--Yu-Gi-Oh! DUEL LINKS
1. Select the Help/Etc. icon (gear icon) located in the upper-right corner of the Home screen or the Duel World screen.
2. Select Data Transfer Settings.
3. Press the Data Transfer with KONAMI ID button on the Data Transfer Settings pop-up window to go to the KONAMI ID login screen.
4. Log in using your KONAMI ID.
Note: If you do not currently have a KONAMI ID, you will need to register a new one.
5. The registration information for the KONAMI ID to be linked to the game account will be displayed. If the information shown is correct, select Link to continue.
Note: Once a game account has been linked to a KONAMI ID and registered for the Yu-Gi-Oh! DUELIST POINT Program, it can no longer be linked to a different KONAMI ID. When you register for the Yu-Gi-Oh! DUELIST POINT Program, the link info for your KONAMI ID and game account will be displayed, so please ensure there are no errors before proceeding.
6. This completes the linking of your KONAMI ID and your game account for the supported app.

Yu-Gi-Oh! MASTER DUEL
1. Select the Submenu from the upper-right corner of the Home screen.
2. Select Data Transfer from the Customer Support section.
3. Use the QR-Code (address display) shown on the Data Transfer screen or press the Link a KONAMI ID button to go to the KONAMI ID login screen.
4. Log in with your KONAMI ID.
Note: If you do not currently have a KONAMI ID, you will need to register a new one.
Note: Once a game account has been linked to a KONAMI ID, it cannot be linked to a different KONAMI ID. Please ensure there are no errors before linking your game account and KONAMI ID.
5. This completes the linking of your KONAMI ID and your game account for the supported app.

Note: It may take up to 20–30 minutes in order for the link to be reflected within the app, so if the link does not appear immediately, please wait before trying to accessing the Yu-Gi-Oh! DUELIST POINT Official Website again.

Does my item exchange limit ever reset? [Yu-Gi-Oh! DUELIST POINTS]

Unless stated otherwise, the number shown for the item exchange limit indicates how many times you can exchange for an item each month.
In the case of monthly items, the number resets at 3:00 a.m. (JST) on the 1st of each month.

Even if I check the box for "Skip two-step verification on this device from now on (valid for 180 days from last login)" with my KONAMI ID, I'm still asked for a login and verification code whenever I log in. [Yu-Gi-Oh! DUELIST POINTS]

The login info for the Yu-Gi-Oh! DUELIST POINT Official Website and the information regarding two-step verification using your KONAMI ID are stored in your browser's cookies.

If your browser is currently set to block cookies, you can disable the setting in order to maintain your Yu-Gi-Oh! DUELIST POINT Official Website login status for a set period of time.
Also, your two-step verification status is only kept for 180 days.

- iOS devices: Safari
Go to your device's Settings icon > Safari > Block All Cookies and set it to Off.

- Android devices: Chrome app
Go to the Other icon in the upper right corner of the browser > Settings > Site Settings > Cookies and set them to On.

I'm unable to complete missions after uninstalling an app I linked in the past. [Yu-Gi-Oh! DUELIST POINTS]

The missions for each app can only be completed using a game account that has been linked to a KONAMI ID registered with the Yu-Gi-Oh! DUELIST POINT Program.

Note: Linked app game accounts can be checked by going to My Page and selecting Linked App Game Account Info.

If you change your game account after linking it, such as by uninstalling the app or changing your device after linking your account and failing to transfer your app data, you will no longer be able to complete the in-app missions.

Also, once a KONAMI ID has been registered with the Yu-Gi-Oh! DUELIST POINT Program, it cannot be unlinked from a game account.

What should I do if a game account no longer in use is linked to the Yu-Gi-Oh! DUELIST POINT Program? [Yu-Gi-Oh! DUELIST POINTS]

[Important]
*Only game accounts that have been linked to a KONAMI ID registered with the Yu-Gi-Oh! DUELIST POINT Program can earn points via in-app missions or the Yu-Gi-Oh! DUELIST POINT Official Website, or exchange for in-app items and receive Item Login Bonuses.

*You can view the game accounts for your linked apps by going to My Page and checking the Linked App Game Account Info section.

*Game accounts for apps that have been linked to a KONAMI ID cannot be unlinked from that KONAMI ID. If you have changed your game account due to reasons such as reinstalling the app, you will need to create a new KONAMI ID and register it for the Yu-Gi-Oh! DUELIST POINT Program.

Follow the steps listed below to log out of the Yu-Gi-Oh! DUELIST POINT Official Website and register your new KONAMI ID with the Yu-Gi-Oh! DUELIST POINT Program.

- STEP 1
Go to My Page on the Yu-Gi-Oh! DUELIST POINT Official Website and log out.

- STEP 2
Launch the app and use Data Transfer or Data Transfer Settings within the app to link your KONAMI ID and game account.

- STEP 3
Press the Register (Free)/Log In button located on the Yu-Gi-Oh! DUELIST POINT Official Website top page to create a new KONAMI ID and register it with the Yu-Gi-Oh! DUELIST POINT Program.
*When you register the new KONAMI ID, please ensure that it is a KONAMI ID that has not been registered with the Yu-Gi-Oh! DUELIST POINT Program before.

*If you reinstall the app or change devices without transferring your data, the app's new game account will not be linked to the Yu-Gi-Oh! DUELIST POINT Program.

*You are unable to transfer items between game accounts in the app.

*You are unable to transfer points between KONAMI ID accounts.

I'm unable to claim the points from missions I've completed. [Yu-Gi-Oh! DUELIST POINTS]

1. Make sure that you have enabled JavaScript in your browser's settings.

[iOS users]
Go to Settings > Safari > Advanced and set JavaScript to On (green).

[Android users]
On your default browser, go to Menu > Settings > Site Settings and enable JavaScript.

2. Go to the Yu-Gi-Oh! DUELIST POINT Official Website using a browser on a PC or other non-smartphone device and log in with the same KONAMI ID you registered and try to claim your points.

3. Please note that it may take some time before the points are reflected in your account. If you see the Points Exchange Complete screen, you have officially received the points. Please wait before you try reloading the page again.

An item I exchanged for has not been delivered to my app. [Yu-Gi-Oh! DUELIST POINTS]

The items you exchange for are delivered to the game account for the app that you linked to the Yu-Gi-Oh! DUELIST POINT Program.
Please ensure that you have not reinstalled the app after registering it for the Yu-Gi-Oh! DUELIST POINT Program or changed game accounts.

Note: You can view the game accounts for your linked apps by going to My Page and checking the Linked App Game Account Info section.
Note: Items exchanged for points cannot be claimed by any accounts other than the linked game account.

If you have reinstalled the app or changed your game account, please log out from the Yu-Gi-Oh! DUELIST POINT Official Website and register a new game account with the Yu-Gi-Oh! DUELIST POINT Program.

Note: Once a KONAMI ID has been linked to a game account, it cannot be linked to a different game account.

I completed a weekly mission, but it is not listed as complete when I go to get my reward.

Only weekly missions completed for the current week will be marked as complete. Missions completed in previous weeks will not be listed.
